What we do is as simple as our Mission Statement: "We help equipment vendors sell more equipment by providing a world class finance offering to the vendor's end-user."
Finance can be complex, cumbersome and frustrating. General financiers are not equipped to deal in the vendor finance space. Our mission is to make things easy for vendors and their customers.
SER's specifically developed systems, procedures, funding, documentation, and people are all dedicated to helping vendors by providing a world class finance solution.
We ensure that vendor's sales teams are well-trained in all areas of 'the finance' and are provided with on-going support throughout the sales process.
At SER, we believe that to achieve world's best practice – you must specialise. Therefore, SER makes no apology for only operating in a slim sector of the finance market.
Our vendor relationships must have the following characteristics:
- Vendors must sell to a Business Clientele.
- Vendors must require a Point Of Sale finance solution.
- Vendors must embrace the concept of Sales Aid Finance.
- SER will only write business generated by its Vendor Base.
