Communication = Cash Flow

Finance is far from being SER's sole business. Experience has taught us that we are also most definitely in the information business.  It is how we communicate information that will always remain the essence of what we do. To our vendors, we know that communication and information translate into the most important word in the business dictionary - Cash Flow.

If you know what is happening at all times;  if there is no mystery waiting on the whim of a financier;  and if all facts are known;  then automatically cash flow will improve as the time taken to go from “sign up to settlement” must decrease whilst customer satisfaction must increase.
